This year the DSA Skylyze team participated in the Koblenz Münz corporate run for the second time after 2017. A team of once again 9 colleagues faced the challenge of the well-known 5-km-track through Koblenz and along the Rhine. 14.600 runners of 17.500 registered participants finished the run. All „Skylyzers“ did extraordinarily well and partly even improved significantly on their prior year result. We also did clearly better in the team rating and finished on a fantastic 104. place out of 840 teams. The run was followed by the traditional after-run party on the Koblenz German Corner which we jointly attended. We will surely join this event in 2019 again. Under the headline „Diagnostics in the Digital Factory“ DSA presented their solutions for the digital factory at the Testing Expo in Stuttgart from 5 to 7 June. The DSA solutions digitize processes of the vehicle configuration and diagnosis and thus lead to a higher level of transparency and productivity in your company. The Skylyze data analytics solution was also presented at the DSA stand. Intelligent Production – Data Analytics in the digital factory To examine the abundance of data resulting from automotive production and gain valuable insights from this – no problem when using our big data analytics solution SKYLYZE: The big data ready analytic platform offers a new virtual insight to all running processes and relevant information by for example analyzing vehicle diagnostic data across all manufacturing locations and spotting vehicle-specific or process-orientated abnormalities. How do First-Time-Quality rates correlate with specific vehicle models or specifications? How does the test quality of new vehicle models develop in comparison to the established latest model? Our visitors were able to answer such and other questions by trying out our interactive visual data analysis as well as our intelligent analytic algorithms. You didn’t manage to visit our stand at this year’s Testing […]
On March 22nd and 23rd, 2018, DSA SKYLYZE will attend this year’s CTI Conference in Munich (Germany) as exhibitor and will be represented in the lecture program. The conference provides diagnostic experts from manufacturer and supplier companies with the opportunity to share experiences and gain insights into how data analytics, automation, connectivity and e-mobility are constantly changing vehicle diagnostics. This year’s top topics will be: • Connectivity, autonomy and growing complexity • Diagnostics in a connected and automated world • Diagnostics and augmented reality • Modular diagnosis of high voltage battery • Security aspects • E-mobility – the impact on diagnostics On the first day of the conference, Mario Alberto Ortegón-Cabrera (DSA Product Portfolio Manager), together with Steve Nikulin (Managing Director R&D, EE and E-Drive, ICONIQ Motors), will give the talk entitled “ICONIQ Motors – Truly Unique Future Mobility”. On the second conference day, Dr. Roland Stoffel (DSA SKYLYZE Data Scientist) and Dr. Simon Becker (DSA Product Portfolio Manager) will speak about the cooperative data analysis in so-called “smart ecosystems”. Under the title “Analytics of Diagnostic Data within the Automotive Supply Chain”, the research project PRO-OPT will be presented, which is funded as part of the smart data technology program […]
On 22 January 2018 40 experts from automotive supplier industry attended our first Automotive Warranty Forum at Hotel Schloss Montabaur. Exiting presentations explored different aspects of the subject warranty. The participants gained full information and insights starting from the new analysis of defect parts in the field according to VDA, the implementation of our SKYLYZE Warranty Management solution at a first tier supplier, to legal aspects and contract systems of OEMs and an outlook to new challenges for warranty management in the digital age. Once more we would like to thank all speakers and participants for this successful event!
In January 2018 our first Automotive Warranty Forum for Automotive Suppliers will take place at Hotel Schloss Montabaur. We would like to discuss reforms and best practices related to automotive warranty management with experts and colleagues from the automotive supplier industry. Exiting presentations will focus among others on the following topics: – how intelligent data analysis supports validation of claims and debit notes – what reforms and changes are described by VDA with regard to the analysis of defect parts – how to use field data analysis to be well prepared for talks with the OEM – what different warranty management systems do exist in practice and how well do they each work – how intelligent software is able to give a prognosis on the life span of parts and the related warranty costs – what challenges in warranty management does networked and autonomous driving involve Further information and registration to this cost-free event under https://skylyze.com/warranty-forum-2018/. We are looking forward to your participation.
