3. Contacting

You can send us a request using our e-mail addresses and our general contact form. The personal data that you provide us in the context of this request will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist. A data transfer to third parties does not take place.
If we resort to commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or if we want to use your data for promotional purposes, we will inform you in detail in this privacy statement about the respective processes. In doing so, we will also name the specified criteria for the storage duration.

In addition to data mentioned before, when using our website, cookies are stored on your computer. Transient Cookies
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This includes in particular the session cookies. Persistent Cookies

7. Comfort Functions

For an optimal representation of our Internet presence (e.g. adjustment on different screen sizes, fade-in menu, input control of the contact form) we use techniques such as Javascript and CSS (cascading style sheets). The use of these techniques can be switched off by you by the appropriate settings in your browser. In this case, however, parts of our website may no longer be usable for you.

8. Newsletter

With your agreement, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which informs you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.
To subscribe for our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after you have registered, we will send you an e-mail to the indicated e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your IP addresses and times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify possible misuse of your personal data.
The only required information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The specification of additional, separately marked data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. (Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (1) (a) DS-GVO.)
You can revoke your consent in respect of the sending of the newsletter and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can declare the revocation by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter e-mail, via this form on the website, via e-mail to newsletter@dsa.de or by sending a message to the contact details stated in the imprint.

9. Integration of Google Maps

On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly in the website and allow you to conveniently use the map feature.
By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. Moreover, the data referred to in the section entitled “Collection of Personal Information for Informative Use” of this statement will be transmitted. This is done regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to, or if there is no user account. When you are logged in Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish assignment with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-oriented website design. Such an evaluation is done in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide appropriate advertising and to inform other users of the social network about their activities on our website. You have a right of objection to the formation of these user profiles, but to execute this, you must address yourself to Google.

We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited information of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement in accordance with the legal data protection regulations. The currently valid version is always accessible for you in the privacy area of our website.

Tracking

This website uses Piwik, a web analytics open-source software. Piwik uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address anonymized prior to its storage) will be stored on the server of the service provider in Germany.
