On 22 January 2018 40 experts from automotive supplier industry attended our first Automotive Warranty Forum at Hotel Schloss Montabaur. Exiting presentations explored different aspects of the subject warranty.
The participants gained full information and insights starting from the new analysis of defect parts in the field according to VDA, the implementation of our SKYLYZE Warranty Management solution at a first tier supplier, to legal aspects and contract systems of OEMs and an outlook to new challenges for warranty management in the digital age.
